• Provide and maintain the Recorded service
• Process and store your team's decision records
• Facilitate integrations with third-party platforms (Slack, Discord, Telegram)
• Send service-related communications
• Improve and optimize the service

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use Supabase for database hosting with Row Level Security (RLS) policies ensuring data isolation between teams. All data transfers are encrypted via TLS/SSL.

4. Third-Party Services

We integrate with the following third-party services:

• Supabase — Database and authentication
• Stripe — Payment processing
• Slack, Discord, Telegram — Messaging integrations (only when you connect them)
• Cloudflare Turnstile — Bot protection

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing data they process.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account or team, associated data is permanently removed. Decision records are retained according to your team's plan.
